About the Job
Seeking women ages 21–30 from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds to participate in a dating-themed YouTube social experiment for Zach Justice's channel. Participants will engage in on-camera conversations, dating challenges, and interactive segments exploring attraction, first impressions, and cultural perspectives on dating. We're looking for confident, outgoing individuals with strong personalities who are comfortable sharing their opinions and reacting authentically in a fun, unscripted environment. Ideal candidates are charismatic, quick-witted, comfortable on camera, and excited to participate in lighthearted discussions about dating and relationships. No acting experience is required, but a strong on-camera presence is a plus. **Requirements:** * Female, ages 21–30 * Comfortable discussing dating and attraction on camera * Outgoing personality and strong communication skills * Able to improvise and react naturally * Must not have previously appeared in a Zach Justice video
